Peanut butter protein balls featuring Mom Fuel

 

 

 

 

I can’t help myself some mornings… I get the urge to bake or throw together something super yummy in the morning more than any other time of day!!

And most often this is when I have the least time to do it! LOL!

So this morning when I got the urge to throw something fun together for breakfast – and I knew it had to be quick!!!

The result was a no-bake PB protein ball that was ahhhmazing!!

5 ingredients, a quick mix together and a roll into balls: Breakfast is served!! Ta-da!!

Mix together:

  • 1/2 C Peanut Butter (or other nut butter)
  • 1/4 Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 t Vanilla extract

Mix together:

  • 2 Scoops Mom Fuel
  • 1 C Almond Flour

Then add the two mixtures together. After stirring for a bit I combined the rest using my hands and then rolled into 12 balls.

So easy!!! And so so YUMMY!!!
