I talk to mamas everyday who are ready to "start over, get back on track, and get serious about their health and fitness." We simply do not have the time to devote to lengthy workouts or complicated "rules" but it seems every time we try a "new" way we end up worse off than when we started.

We simply can't afford to go down this path again.

We need to find a long term solution.

Every year at this time we all decide to make big changes and these usually consist of multiple changes to our health and fitness goald. Our physical appearance, our want and need to get “healthy” once and for all, and an uncomfortable feeling leftover from the indulgences of the holidays have left us in need of BIG changes.

The problem with making ALL of these changes at once is that the more things we decide to change at the same time the less likely we are to actually follow through with ANYTHING.

AND not only do we decide to make these changes every year, but every year we attempt to make the same changes and in return we see the same results.

More often than not the same results are actually NO results… which leaves us falling to follow through and in the same position next year that we are right now.

What is the Real Strong YOU Fitness Challenge?

  • This challenge is designed to teach you how to incorporate strength training into your workouts. This is what makes this New YEAR different. We are incorporating a NEW way this year.. Lifting weights is exactly the change we need to SEE the change we desire.
  • This challenge is also designed to show you how to get the most out of a 20 minute workout using weight lifting in addition to high intensity.
  • In addition to following a workout calendar we will address simple and easy to implement yet highly effective nutritional strategies each week. Changes that are sustainable long term.

I totally get it, I have been here too.

I honestly thought that I would have to “diet” the rest of my life, I would always have to “watch what I ate, and exercise to “keep it off.” I really thought that I would never find a way of living that allowed me to eat and exercise in an enjoyable way.

But thankfully, I was wrong.

What I didn't know was that it was way simpler than I could have ever imagined.

This is why I want to talk to you about something really special today -- living a fat loss lifestyle.

What does this mean?

A fat loss lifestyle means no more diets. It means getting rid of the the diet “rules’ and discovering what works best for you and your unique metabolism based on following flexible guidelines. It incorporates quick and effective metabolic conditioning workouts that have us lifting heavy weights, feeling breathless, and burning in our muscles in order to make desirable changes in our body.

When I started lifting weights, for the first time EVER, I was actually seeing change in my body from exercise. With the addition of strength training I was really enjoying my workouts. I felt strong and I started to look  strong. After finally discovering a simple and effective way to lose the weight, get strong, see results, and enjoy living healthy and fit...

Hey there mama, I'm Melanie the owner and founder of Real Strong Mom. I am a mom to 3, wife to 1, and strong woman on a mission to help other women fall in love with being strong. Lifting weights was a saving grace for me as I struggled to find my way as a mom. Not only did I not recognize my body after babies but I was also having a hard time finding Melanie among all the chaos and responsibility that came along with taking care of kids, a home, and a family. I started lifting weights as a form of exercise and soon fell in love with the way it made me feel inside on top of the changes it was making to my body on the outside. I had never experienced anything so empowering and confidence building... Lifting weights and pushing through barriers I didn't think possible was incredible and translated into many areas of my life. I want to help other women find more in exercise than just temporary weight loss. Lifting weights and living a "fat loss" lifestyle is a long term solution.
